How to cook the perfect beef steak
Red beef from Australia with little fat is hardened if it is baked too much.
Depending on how you bake, even thick cut meat can be finished juicy and soft.
- Beef steak
- 2tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Get the steal off the fridge and allow it to come up to room temperature about 30 minutes before cooking.
- Heat the oil in a hot pan, fry the beef, 2 mins 30 secs per side.
- Remove the beef and wrap with aluminum foil and leave it for 3 to 5 minutes.
