-6~10months

 -Mainly bred and produced in northern Nwe South Wales and southern Queensland area.  Calves are sold to various cattle farmers and feed lots.

-Sold in supermarkets around Australia as “tender, juicy beef”

-Safe to consume. No growth hormones fed to the animal. Certificate may be issued if required.

-Light meat colour with no discolouration. The meat is processed and minced to produce a mince that tend to be more juicy and tender than minced beef.

-The most JUICY and TENDER!

Stirk veal tenderloin butt (Many T-bone steaks could be made with this. The ends could also be sold separatly as fillets.)

YG CLOD IW/VAC
- The bottom of Scapula bone to be cutting line.
- Maximum of 6mm fat cover.
- Hard/Thick membrane on the Edge of Scapula bone removed.
- External ends where Fat pocketed to be trimmed to 6mm, Red Burk may removed.
- Making sure no knife scores.
- Making sure to be rectangle shape as possible.

- All stamps or ink from kill floor must be trimmed off, no AI stamps on meat
- No Heavy Yellow Fat or Dark Red Meat.
- Metal detector to be used for all cartons.

YG Navel End Brisket IW/VAC
- Skirt to be removed.
- Fat cover to be maximum 6mm
- Bone skin and parts meat on internal side where attached Rib Bone to be cleared.
- Making sure to be rectangle shape as possible.
- Making sure packing as flat, no bending.
